Where do you ship to?At this time we ship to anyone in the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?Once we receive your order it will be prepared and shipped with in 3-4 business days. Then shipped to your address.

How can I contact you?You can go to our Contact page and email us with any questions. You can also click on our email link at the bottom of the website or send us a message via Facebook.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. We don't accept personal checks or money orders. We also accept our Spirit Vibe World gift cards but no other prepaid Visa or Mastercard gift cards.

How do I track my order?Once your package ships, we'll email you with tracking information.

How do I return items?If you receive your order and there is a problem with a broken bottle or a product has leaked, you must notify us via email within 72 hours of receiving your package. For more details and information, please see our Shipping &Returns policy.

What shipping methods do you offer?Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Major holidays like Christmas, Labor Day and other national holidays are not included in transit times. We're happy to ship via UPS or USPS. Ground doesn't guarantee any specific delivery time, and it can take up to 10 days. Please see Shipping & Returns for more details.

How long does it take for my order to ship?Our processing time is usually 5 days, not including holidays and weekends. During the holiday season it can be up to 7 days. If you have a question about current times, email us at Spiritvibeworld@gmail.com.

Do you offer bulk orders or special orders for events like weddings, baby showers or other special events?Absolutely! We gladly accommodate bulk orders or special orders for weddings, baby showers, graduations, and other special events. Do you offer gift cards?Yes, we sure do! Check out our website links under SHOP or click on the GIFT box on the top right of our website. You can purchase a gift card(s) in set amounts ranging from $25 to $200. You will receive an email confirmation about the purchase. The gift card recipient then gets an email with the subject line "You just got a gift card from Michael Jones" (with the relevant name). Their unique gift card code appears in the email. These gift cards are good for 1 year.

How do I redeem a gift card?When you done adding items to your cart and you are ready to check out, you can click on Check out button in the pop-up cart or go to the little cart icon in the top right of our website. Under your product pictures in your cart just click on Enter Gift Card or Promo Code and enter your unique gift card code.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
